William R. Cawley

William R. Cawley, is a
commercial real estate professional with more than 28
years of experience. He is Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of the Cawley Wilcox Companies, a family of real
estate companies composed of specialists who diagnose,
recommend, and implement uniquely tailored solutions to
satisfy client real estate needs. Within Cawley Wilcox
is GVA Cawley, a consulting firm formed in 1986
specializing in all facets of tenant representation; GVA
Cawley Realty Services, performing project leasing and
property and facilities management; Wilcox Development
Services, developing speculative and build-to-suit
office and industrial projects; Cawley Partners,
handling acquisitions, dispositions, financial services
and asset management, and its affiliate, Cawley Fund
Advisors which acquires class A and B office projects
that can be purchased with vacancy and below replacement
cost. Recent Cawley Wilcox acquisition and development
ventures have resulted in a market capitalization of
over $664 and 4.1 million square feet of office space.
Mr. Cawley has been named
one of the country’s “Hottest Brokers” by Commercial
Property News and has made the Dallas Business Journal
“Heavy Hitters” list for the last 15 years. He was
inducted into the Society of Industrial and Office
Realtors in 1997, and is an active member of NTCAR and ULI. Mr. Cawley also serves on the Board of
Directors for Park Cities Bank and is a frequent speaker
and contributor for numerous business organizations and
publications. Cawley received a business degree from
Quincy University in Illinois and is a licensed real
estate broker in both Texas and Illinois. Mr. Cawley
resides in the Dallas area and he and his wife actively
support CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates),
Children’s Medical Center and East-West Ministries. |

Mark
Cypert

Mark
Cypert is a Managing Director of Cawley Partners. He has overall responsibilities for setting
strategy, sourcing transactions and directing asset
management operations for the firm’s private equity
investments. Prior to joining the Cawley organization,
Mr. Cypert served as Senior Vice President for CRT
Properties, Inc., where he led the firm’s Texas
Division. During his career, Mr. Cypert has
participated in 14.3 million square feet of office,
industrial and retail acquisition and development
ventures with a total market capitalization of over $1.2
billion. Mr. Cypert has over 23 years of experience in
the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining
CRT, Mr. Cypert was a Vice President and Investment
Officer for Thomas Properties Group, where he was
responsible for the company’s acquisitions efforts.
Prior to that, Mr. Cypert spent 10 years with UBS Realty
Investors as a Director of Asset Management. Mr. Cypert
lives in Dallas and is a graduate of Texas Tech
University. Mr. Cypert is also a senior instructor for
the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and a
former
member of the faculty advisory board for Texas Tech
University’s School of Engineering Technology. |

Todd K. Ashbrook

Todd K. Ashbrook is Chief
Operating Officer of Cawley Partners. His responsibilities
pertaining to the funds include deal structure,
financing and accounting. Mr. Ashbrook has over 23 years
of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
During his 15 years with the Cawley organization, Mr.
Ashbrook has been responsible for asset management,
property management, accounting, acquisitions and
development. Mr. Ashbrook has been involved in over five
million square feet of office development and over $500
million of acquisitions. Mr. Ashbrook lives in Dallas
and is a graduate of the University of Illinois. He is a
certified public accountant and a licensed real estate
broker and a member of National of Industrial Office
Properties (NAIOP). |

Robert Bruce

Robert Bruce is the Vice President of Finance
of Cawley Group. He is responsible for overall
direction and planning for all accounting and
internal finance operations and functions. Prior to
joining the Cawley Group, he was Chief Financial
Officer and Director of TXP Corporation (OTCBB: TXPO),
a position that he held from April of 2005 to August
of 2007. In April of 2006, he took the Company
public through a reverse acquisition. He was
responsible for all capital and debt financings and
traditional bank facilities. In addition, he managed
all of the SEC and Financial Reporting
responsibilities, investor relations, and the Human
Resource departments. Prior to joining TXP, Mr.
Bruce was Director of Finance and Controller for the
viaLink Company for five years (OTCBB: PPID (after
merger)). Prior to that he held positions as
Controller for Fujitsu ICL and Internal Audit
Supervisor at Quaker State Corporation. He began his
career in public accounting at the public accounting
firms of Fisk and Robinson P.C. and Payne, Falkner,
Smith and Jones. He was an audit Manager with Payne,
Falkner, Smith and Jones prior to joining Quaker
State Corporation. He is a Certified Public
Accountant and Certified Information Systems
Auditor. He has a B.A in Mathematics and Economics
and a Masters of Science in Accounting from the
University of Texas at Dallas.
