I have been active in commercial real estate for over 30 years and I can honestly say that I have never seen a market cycle like what we are experiencing today. At Cawley Partners, our focus is on acquiring commercial real estate assets, located primarily in the Southwest and California. Our geographical focus is based on years of experience representing tenants in these markets. Tenants create value in commercial real estate. It’s about understanding what they need in their space to operate efficiently and about being close enough to them to know when they are expanding and when they are contracting.
