Cawley Partners and its investment group acquired the 5,200-acre South Creek Ranch in 2025. Located just 20 minutes south of Downtown Dallas and straddling the Dallas and Ellis County lines, South Creek Ranch sits within the Ferris ETJ, offering immediate access to major transportation routes and development infrastructure.
