The team has acquired nearly 6,000 acres in the DFW market and continues to target strategic opportunities that support the flow of both physical and digital goods.
Tim leads our industrial division. He has extensive experience in real estate and infrastructure related investment and development. Early in his career, Tim worked at Hunt Realty and was a co-founder of Meridian Industrial Trust. He then went on to join RREEF, Deutsche Bank’s alternative asset management division. There he served as the national industrial specialist, was appointed as the chief investment officer of RREEF, and served as the CEO of RREEF’s Infrastructure Investment Management business. Most recently, Tim was the chief investment officer for Texas Central, the organization behind the high-speed rail between Dallas and Houston.
