Cawley Partners launched the industrial division in 2021. Within the first year, more than 400 acres were assembled in South Dallas. Plans are developing to build nearly 6 million square feet of Class A logistics buildings in DFW’s tier 1 industrial market.

Tim Keith
Partner • Industrial

Tim leads our industrial division. He has extensive experience in real estate and infrastructure related investment and development. Early in his career, Tim worked at Hunt Realty and was a co-founder of Meridian Industrial Trust. He then went on to join RREEF, Deutsche Bank’s alternative asset management division. There he served as the national industrial specialist, was appointed as the chief investment officer of RREEF, and served as the CEO of RREEF’s Infrastructure Investment Management business. Most recently, Tim was the chief investment officer for Texas Central, the organization behind the high-speed rail between Dallas and Houston.
