Kris leads our multifamily division. He has spent more than 25 years in the industry. His experience spans development, construction, and operations of more than 10,600 units worth over $1.65 billion. Kris has been involved in projects across many major metropolitan cities, including Dallas, Houston, Austin, Denver, Atlanta, and Phoenix. He most recently served as Managing Director of Texas and Vice President of Construction of the Western US for Crescent Communities where he was involved in numerous notable Novel projects, including Novel Bishop Arts, Novel Deep Ellum, and Novel River Oaks.
