Retail & Mixed-Use
We invest in well-located retail and mixed-use real estate across Texas, with a primary focus on DFW. Our strategy includes strip retail, community shopping centers, and mixed-use projects integrating retail, multifamily, and office, with a preference for activated infill locations in strong submarkets.
We target Core+ to Value-Add opportunities, selectively pursue development or redevelopment where location and fundamentals support long-term performance, and acquire single-tenant net lease properties, including dark, vacant, or near-term lease rollover opportunities.
Leadership
Kelley Cawley leads Retail Investments at Cawley Partners, bringing a unique operator’s lens to sourcing, acquiring, and repositioning retail assets. Before entering commercial real estate, she founded and scaled an award-winning, modern omni-channel fashion retail brand. She forged partnerships with hundreds of global brands, many offering geographic exclusivity, and created an experience described as “NYC retail in unexpected places.”
Her work has been recognized by Meta executives including Mark Zuckerberg and Sheryl Sandberg, and featured in Business Insider, Retail TouchPoints, and Total Retail. She holds an MBA and has been named Top 40 Under 40 and Business Owner of the Year. These honors reflect both her entrepreneurial drive and leadership in the retail space.
At Cawley Partners, Jeff’s focus is on mixed-use, multifamily, and retail, with extensive experience across sectors. He spent 17 years at Trammell Crow Company/Crow Holdings executing over $879 million in acquisitions and development in addition to asset management of over $4.25 billion in assets. Jeff also spent 16 years at Sarofim Realty Advisors acquiring and developing over $1.8 billion and managing over $3.0 billion in assets.
