Developed in partnership with PCCP, 465 Independence was originally a build-to-suit for a global telecom company. Our tenant was acquired, no longer needed their space, and bought out of their lease prior to taking occupancy. Located in Plano, but not in one of the premier submarkets, the lease-up took time.
