The Story

The Fourteen5 project was originally designed as a two-building campus anchored by a central amenity hub building and courtyard. The project was divided into two phases, with Phase I including the build-out of the north office building, amenity hub, and courtyard. Phase I development kicked off in 2017 after preleasing 50% of the building to one user. The building was delivered in 2018 and sold to Admiral Capital in 2019 at 100% leased.
