Cawley Partners and Oaktree Capital Management purchased Hall Street along with The Centrum in 2018. The two buildings are located across the street from one another. The Centrum had just undergone a complete renovation, including the buildout of new amenities, which were offered to tenants of Hall Street. Cawley Partners and Oak Tree sold Hall Street in 2020.
