The Story

Cawley Partners became a third-party leasing partner for Western Securities (WS) after the Canadian-based company purchased an office building from Cawley Partners in 2020. WS retained the Cawley leasing team, seeing the benefit of having local representation with years of experience at that respective property. WS has since added more of their Dallas buildings to the Cawley Partners leasing portfolio, including Uptown Center.
