The second phase of development is scheduled to break ground in December of this year. The new location will serve as the headquarters for SFMG Wealth Advisors.

Phase II will add an additional 120,000 square feet of Class A office, bringing the total square footage of the campus to 240,000 square feet. Both phases of development will be connected via an open courtyard with multiple gathering spaces for tenants and visitors. The project is highly amenitized, featuring spacious lobbies, tech-forward conference rooms, rooftop patios, a fully equipped fitness center, and a pickleball court. Located right off the Dallas North Tollway at Windhaven, The Parkwood offers prime Tollway visibility for corporate users and walkable dining options.
