The Story

5501 Headquarters was developed in 2007 as the corporate headquarters for Rent-a-Center. Cawley Partners purchased the campus from Rent-a-Center in 2019, with Rent-a-Center signing a long-term lease to occupy 58% of the building for 12 years. Cawley Partners completely renovated the common areas, including a lobby update and exterior courtyard refresh. A new onsite gym with locker rooms and a grab-n-go kitchen was also added. Post-improvements, the project was successfully leased to stabilization.
