The Story

Developed in 2014 on the heels of Toyota and Liberty Mutual announcing moves to Legacy West, Legacy Center was designed to be a valuable option in the Legacy submarket. In 2018 and once fully stabilized, Cawley Partners recapitalized the project. In 2022, Legacy Center was sold to Larson Capital at 98% leased.
