This project began in the design phase as a multi-tenant office development with 50% of the building preleased to a single user. By the project's end, it had turned into a build-to-suit development for the original half-building user, First United Bank. During the early development stages, Cawley Partners began experiencing a lot of interest from other potential users, and plans were updated to accommodate a second phase that could be connected via an outdoor courtyard. The first building delivered in 2022 and Phase II plans are currently in design.
